Management
Anzere Vacances undertakes the management of properties (supervision, services, and administration – correspondence forwarding, checking and payment of invoices, property accounts etc). These different services incur costs for proprietors.
These costs cover the following services:
1. Domicile of the owner (general services, including receiving post, keeping keys etc.)
2. Settlement of invoices, with the agreement of the proprietor
3. Keeping accounts, filing of invoices etc
4. Maintaining an annual or biannual account as required
5. Security of the property, as follows:
a. starting the central heating in cold weather
b. checking the central heating unit periodically
c. disconnecting the central heating in spring
d. recommendations on the necessary maintenance of the property
e. special attention in case of unforseen events
6. General supervision of maintenance work as agreed with the proprietor
7. Providing keys to various service organisations as appropriate (electricity, water, central heating, chimney sweeps, fire prevention etc)
8. General advice on maintenance and services to the proprietor
Annual charges, settled half-yearly (VAT: 8% included):
Studio, in a chalet / apartment building : Sfr. 400.00
2 rooms : Sfr. 480.00
3 rooms : Sfr. 560.00
4 rooms : Sfr. 620.00
5 rooms or more : Sfr. 680.00
Chalet : Sfr. 920.00
Annual charges where the proprietor pays invoices directly = charges reduced by 50%
In case of partial involvement by the Agency, tarrifs are adjusted as appropriate
Other hourly charges for specific tasks
Cleaning a property / hour : Sfr. 38.00
Repairs, external maintenance / hour : Sfr. 48.00
Work without supervision / hour : Sfr. 60.00
Machine use(snow removal) / hour : Sfr. 25.20
